The Consultancy Services offer is focused on entrepreneurship and SME needs according to each customer. Some of the services provided are:
- Business Plan and Business Model development
- Strategy development and support access financial mechanisms and attracting investment.
Entidade Prestadora de Apoio Técnico (EPAT)* certified by IEFP – Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional, upon the geographical areas of Castelo Branco, Idanha-a-Nova, Oleiros, Penamacor, Proença-a-Nova and Vila Velha de Ródão.
*The target of this program are unemployed people enrolled with the employment services and other people with special needs of integration who the promoters of projects to create their own job or company. The kind of support given:
- Previous approval: Developing the skills of the creation of the project;
- On the first two years of the company: Support and mentoring of the project approved and consultancy about issues of management or operationalization.
